You can make other currencies legal tender, like with USD or Bhutan with Indian money, lesotho with south african, pacific islands with australian. But no one has two in country currencies, they are trying to leave Somalia. Step by step, following SL like always.

Bitcoin is the halal economic system ever invented, it fits hand to glove with our Xeer governance system (decentralised) and would circumvent so many of these economic issues on a micro level (unbanked and remittance) to macro level (debt and investment).
