    Preaident Aden Abdulle Osman's speech in Adis Ababa to the OAU in 1963 "Hostility continued until PM Egal assumed power. In 1967, Mr. Egal defused the tension and omitted all references to Somali territorial claims. This action immensely pleased Kenya and Ethiopia".:bell:
