For me personally I've always had a pretty good sleep schedule I got to bed around 9-11 pm if I'm not watching basketball or hockey and I'll wake up around 5-7 am and start my day.
When you know you should be asleep and it isn't good for you to wake up 8pm every day and sleep at 9am but you're not even tired:jcoleno: :mjcry::mjcry::meleshame:
