The Americans have always known that Somalia possessed a large amount of oil and natural cast. Just look at the contracts awarded during the reign of Said Barre (shell, Exon etc), and what they did to make sure that those contract wasn’t given to the Russians. Their intervention during “operation restore hope” wasn’t done out of the goodness of their heart. It was to secure their interests, judging by how things have started to play out in the country. The geological evidence that have been obtained by third parties, in regard to the oil deposits. Have most likely been kept hidden, likely on the request of the government, it’ll be great PR for the FGS. So I’m not sure why they’d do that.

Bro all they need to do Is encourage the diaspora to move back by paying them double the salaries they receive in the west, encourage marriage of the young folk and utilise the oil wealth to rebuild the country. All of this can be acheived with tenacity and ingenuity. We need to reform and repackage our country for a better future.

They also better reforest the entire country once the lacag comes rolling in to cool down the damn climate! and all of our military must be revamped and trained properly.
