That will not happen, because their is no strong goverment in the country, who will make deals based on the intrest of the population, and you also have amisom and other foregin entites. The so called federal states are nothing more than paper states. This is why the people should unite and denounce tribalism, otherwise status quo will continue.

Do you not see that we must give regions some autonomy to develop themselves and to do what's best for them. This is the new Somalia and we must face the reality of the matter that federalism is here to stay.
Everyone should develop their regions of origin without having to wait for the central gov't. This is what the US does, each state has its own policies, laws, budget etc. and it doesn't wait for Washington to get things done.
