So 'Somaliland' total population was only 609k in 1963, or 26% of the total. That includes all Dir, Daarood, Isaaq, Gabooye, Fiqishini, you name it. If we are being extremely generous and assume beesha dhexe was 60% of that total, that means you were less than 400k total in 1963, or about 15% of that total, max.

So to you 'Migurtinia' = Isaaq and not Daarood = Isaaq or even Harti=Isaaq? That's some laangaab thinking mate but I've seen it before from many Somalilanders. You think Iidoor is equal to a subclan within Daarood that goes down many many levels but ok, i'll bite. 'Migurtinia' here is separate from Mudug where some of the largest 'Migurtinia' subclans reside, for starters. Second, we live all the way down south to present day JL and did so even then while you are confined to 'Burao' and 'Hargeisa'. Finally, by 1963 'Migurtinia' had been destroyed for 30 years by an Italian bombing campaign. Most of its people had already moved down south. Why are beesha dhexe numbers so low though?

I don't even entertain colonial books as that shit got exposed big time in the modern world standard, the one writing something needs to demonstrate his sources( which would've been some biased clan locally and they never give their sources which is an academic rule, no wonder its in no university scholarship catalogue). U can't even pass a peer review for not publishing your sources and checked its even scholarship sources or else it's just an opinion like billion posts in social media or YouTube or website.

1975 my abtis and uncles were alive and teenagers and laugh at this, their was no census bro. Every Somali teen in 75 will say millions r telling u no head count ever happened just silly spreadsheets.
