You ought to explain yourself here, making ridiculuous claim and saying discuss is somewhat a immature attempt at rationality.
4.5 is not only the worst system out of civil war but degrading towards the minority clans like banaadiri and bantus. You can make the out of date arguments that those clans aren't ethnicaly somali and they deserve that 0.5 position but that undermines the legitimate claims that somalia is a modern day nation that is bound to have different ethnic groups. Also given that almost every major clan claim their lineage to be originated from arabia while getting the full benifit of 4.5 is itself hypocracy.
Somalia need to go beyond clan lineages when it comes to politics. It should be based on ideology not on lineages that most of people didn't even choose to be part of. At least when it come ideology, people can decide which ideology they subscribe to and which root they want to take in order to make progress, i don't think clans make progress. Having lived in ideology based democracy you must know how easy and civilised the progress has been here in the west, same can't be said about 4.5. Somalia needs to move forward, not maintain primitive cultures practised by our ancesters.

4.5 is perfect for corruption regardless of its objective to provide minority clans with a voice.
All someone needs to do is bribe the khat dependent so called clan elders and you control the elections.
Hopefully that's the last of them if we're able to arrange a one man vote within the next 2 years.
