7 Somali and Saudi ministers meet today to sign various cooperation pacts - part of the earlier verbal agreements. It is about 4 billion aid to Somalia.

Who were the other 6 Somali cabinet members apart from Gamal?

Hopefully it's a genuine offer of support from the Saudi's and not a backhand subsidy for Saudi companies.

4 billion could go a long way in Somalia right now and hopefully give Farmaajo more leverage in the federation setup discussions.
