14. Aim for 8 hours of sleep and keep a steady routine. Pray your 5 daily prayers and have your sleep schedule revolve around it

Even if your not gifted facially, you can still bump your self up from a 3 to a 7 if you focus on improving all aspects and areas of your life. It’s not that hard to be in the top 20% of men. All it requires is trading bad habits for good habits that are better for you in the long run. People are just lazy and want to waste time on social media apps.

I know that but the increase is minimal and black people are very very unlikely to be harmed from sunlight. Your diet and overall lifestyle has much more impact on how you will age. In my opinion its useless for us to wear it. The benefits far outweight the cons.
