81 year old woman removed from her seat for religious man

An ultra orthodox Jewish man pushed for an 81 year old retired lawyer of Jewish background to be removed from her seat because she was a woman and he was religious.

The woman moved so as to not delay other passengers but she will now sue the airline. She stated that the man should've bought another seat and that he should've taken her age into consideration.

The airline (Jewish owned) said that they were following company policy.
