A French water and sewer company SUEZ is trying to buy all water rights in Kenya. If it happens, they will control several natural water bodies and force people to buy water from them. With high level of corruption in countries like Kenya, this could actually happen. 50 years from now water will be more expensive than fuel and most will be privatized. What next, oxygen? Water privatization happened over a decade ago in Bolivia where local people were not allowed to even use rivers without the authorization of the water companies. Stay on the know with us. Let me explain how it works; they try to privatise commodities like water, lakes, rivers, water catchment areas, even if your government refuse, they collaborate with IMF, World Bank, WHO and European Union to stifle you. Since almost all your governments and AU is funded by EU, they will collaborate and deny you loans to run your governments which is likely to shut down all your government operations. IMF will tell your governments to privatise and restructure to get loan, when your government go to world bank, they will be told the same thing, so is EU and other financial institution. Technically they can get you by the balls and you'll have to submit at least something and that's the beginning of the avalanche. So every time you cheer your government signing huge loans from these organizations, you are coming close to losing your entire country including the air you breath. Remember the CEO of Nestle once said that water should not be free.
