Some old Mareexaan driver from the Kacaan tried claiming a house that was owned by some Hawiye ladies who purchased it from the original owner. After a lengthy court battle, the courts sided with the Hawiyes and the old man was sent packing


This is why verbal claims of ownership just doesn’t cut it
