I saw a documentary a few years ago where they went to North Korea.
There was a radio/speaker in every house spewing propaganda of how great the Kims are 24/7
You can't turn the shit off, but you can only lower the volume to a tolerable level, and every 9th hour there was air raid reherseal, where they had to bring themselves to the bunker/basement.
