This goes to show how anonymity is the greater culprit. Rather than protecting them , they should make it so that if people sign up to an online platform they need to use their real name and the system stores their ID they used to create the account.
They should also make people pay a fee to use, not like how X does it, but like how online newspapers require a fee.
They would act more responsible if that happened and you would have better quality of active users.
