Who took part in forming the federal government of Somalia? Djibouti. Somalis need to take Djibouti as a threat. Djibouti would cease to exist if we form a proper country.

Central gov should be a future goal, trust needs to be built before that happens. Only negative aspect of a CG is neglect of other parts of the country. Federalism allows resourceful states to develop infrastructure, which they otherwise wouldn't attain through a central government. Only xamar would be developed, so for the foreseeable future
