No never in a million years. London is very easy going in general. The murder victim was probably robbing other youths or dealing drugs part time or even robbing other dealers drug's or beefing with other dealers or beefing with gang members his age. This is my educated guess of how a 17 year old can lose his life in London.

But his mother sounds like she has her son in an Islamic foundation. Did you listen to her, she sounds pious and she portrayed her son as a model son. Could it be a mistaken identity? Then again the witnesses said they were arguing and that shows there familiarity between them

Yeah I have watched watched his family speak. I am assuming the worst because this is common in London for young somali men to choose to be "part time" gangsters not because of a lack of food or a struggle they face daily but simply because this is the culture in London for under 20's.

Exactly. Plus i think people got to excercize a little patience for the investigation to be done. We can't try to deduce the motive behind this incident when we have very little to no sourceful facts. Parents are expected to tell a positive description of their children to protect their name, so we are allowed to be a little bit sceptical. Urbanized Somali youth caught up in knifing episodes in the UK is not that rare to be frank.

One Somali boy in London was stabbed to death by madows because he happened to be Somali and the guy they were looking for was Somali, they couldn't find him so they decided to target some random Somali kid coming back from football practice instead Caqli madow I guess. One of my cousins and his friend were also randomly stabbed in a London street by madows because they were Somali and those guys had beef with the local Somalis that live in another part of the area. But i dont think this is the issue here, i felt bad for the mum saying her son wasnt a drug dealer when infact she cant be certain. quite often families dont knw what their boys r up to particulary in a large city like london. she should care what ppl say, whether he was a dealer ir nor it has no bearing on justice, they had no right to kill him. The major issue that i feel she was right to address is that fact that so many eye witness (who were somalis) refused to give info ir statement. This is typical if somalis. It makes so mad, if they dont love their fellow somalis to come forward eith the truth, that do it becuz its ur civic duty or even becuz our religion demands it.
