Yeah the city is expanding and places like beaches are prime real estate for the futureWe have a huge coastline, all we have is potential. Be smart and buy a few plots, 10 years down the line we will see a few beach houses and towns popping up.

Resort town for qurbo joog and tourists with both short term and long term accommodation and business ranging from food, to transport to entertainment would make one hell of a resort ofc security would be a given and free transport into the city of Mogadishu. I can see it now
