Many Shia clerics are in favor of transgender rights and their rights to change their gender. I think after Thailand, Iran has the most sex reassignment surgeries in the world and is paid for by the government.

There are a lot of theories and conspiracies that in Hollywood most men have to sleep with other men in order to succeed. Have you noticed most effeminate men are so successful.
