Yes, they all did. Getting one year extension is sunnah. Initially, the term was 3 years, Cadde said it's 4 years. Faroole on his fourth and last year, said it's not 4 years but 5 years and got one year extension. Gaas should aim for 6 years or else he will embarrass Cumar Mahmoud, only laangaabs leave office on time

Not holding the election/selection though will. The UN is taking care of the State in terms of development in the fields of health, education and improvement of infrustructure such as roads.

They also help with instituition building. You are blind and out of depth. The 2013 Brussels conference vowed money will be used for that.

The progress is in tge hands of this donors. However projects might stop if the State goes into lawless forcing agencies and organisations to leave thereby hindering progress.
