Puntland can't stay neutral. Qatar has zero interests in Puntland while our biggest market is Saudi Arabia where our livestock goes to and UAE is financing the PMPF and the Bosaso port. Turkey is not interested in Puntland as well, they have a centralised approach. Qatar is hosting terrorist leaders such as Atam and they use to finance the Islamic courts terrorists.

There is no backstabbing whatsoever. Farmaajo's campaign is financed by Qatar that's why he's neutral. Somalia's interests lies with KSA/UAE, but Turkey siding with Qatar is making things more difficult.

You should do some reading, it was a three way deal, Puntland facilitated the negotiations with qatar & Atom to begin with, SFG had no involvement from the start

Puntland then agreed for him to go on a Airplane from its region to Xamar to complete the deal, the last leg was for SFG to agree

To claim this was a SFG Qatar project you automatically renege control over your regions looking like a because it would mean SFG under HSM had full control over your airspace and airports
