Yes I speak Arabic, and this document is fake and you can check at saudi wikileaks even the name of Saudi ambassador is wrong. In 1977 only North Yemen stood with Ethiopia. Egypt on other hand send arms to Somalia and Saudi government gave 10 million $ cheque to Ogadan freedom fighters (through somali regime) my uncles were Somali army and fought in that war.
