Why would farmaajo pay for anything while in puntland..

He was a guest, travelled under puntland security, ate food and slept in a bed provided by puntland government. He was a guest in garowe, qardho, bosaso and gaalkacyo.
While he was in puntland he didn't get involved with politics other than being the head of a state.
However I can see his government paying through the nose in South mudug and galgaduud, as he was in the thick of it securing deals left and right to get the galmudug state of the ground unlike in puntland where he was just on holiday nothing more and nothing else..
