Printing fake money and not paying soldiers must be the key solution to your problems since the World Bank report the game has changed it's like Drake's album Nothing was the same you should listen to it sxb, Somaliland is poorer than Puntland and wastes money on security Puntland is better than Somaliland in almost all socio-economic indicators bar 1 and a man living in Garowe or Bosaso is better off than a man in Hargaysa and Burco. untland does pay troops it doesn't pay ghost salaries that's a big difference, it's clamping down on corruption otherwise senior figures can steal money you must be very vigilant of that @waraabe I will teach you. Puntland is not rich at all it's very poor but Somaliland is doing even worse despite 28 years of "independence"
