I dont know about you, but walahi I find comfort in praying. When i am stressed or feeling down, I get up make a wudu and pray two rakahs. Walahi my worries are relieved within minutes.
Prayer should be your number one friend. Do not see it as a burden

Once you wake up and make whudu, you feel wide awake and that sleepyness is all gone. Force yourself sxb. Everytime you pray fajr you have defeated your nafs/desires for the sake of Allah swt and it honestly feels wonderful.
Some practical tips, set your alarm and put phone across the room so that you have to get up to turn it off.
You can sleep at anytime but prayer not. Prioritize your prayer and Allah swt will facilitate the rest. Make Allah azzawajal make it easy for you!
