This town is not the Somali city of Zeila
It's a city in the Libyan desert .​

Zuwaila is a village in southwestern Libya.​

زويلة هي قرية في جنوب غرب ليبيا.​

Even as late as A.D. 900 the dwellers in the town of Zeila in Fezzan ( the southwestern region of modern Libya ), the ancient Jerma or Garama .​

Fezzan was home to the Garamantes ( Garama ) . Garama, is an archaeological site in Libya.
