I think these types of roads are for residential neighbourhoods less traffic and wear and tear on the roads.

It's pitch black in most of the world but you have to remember in Somalia we are tropical country with temperature of 31°c all the year so we can't paint it black because it will attract the heat of the sun

Crazy how majority of the inhabitants are camel herders, they are just now starting to farm in the last decade. They still look down on farming.
Unrelatedly, they are planning to collect money from land owners to build laamiyaraha buuloxuubey until bangaariyada. Not a Murusade-only effort of course but they’re still the bulk of that area.Locals are encouraged to start roadworks to improve the infrastructure.
