Lol I remember reading that and laughing my head off. Wallahi Somalis don't care -- the other people are busy brown nosing cadaanka for acceptance and the Somalis are like - nope. You will get a nickname just like the rest of us. Sadly, many of us nowadays are forgetting our self-respect and joining the ranks of the Coon. So sad.

Stop being rude. Warsame and Barwaaqo can be just as hard to pronounce to foreigners. Penelope is considered an easy name for white people but objectively speaking, it contains 4 syllables and the sound [p] which is absent from many arab and african languages. There are no 'easy' names.
