One of the best ways for PL to fight terrorists is to conduct mass deportation of people from South Somalia. Yes, some of the terrorists come from the local clans, but a large percentage come from South Somalia. I wouldn't be surprised if the suicide bomber in Galkacyo was from the south just as all the other Galkacyo bombings were committed by people from the south, especially Raxanweyn iyo Madowweyne clans. Did you even read my comment properly?
I said some of the terrorists come from the local clans. But a large percentage of them come from the south and mostly the clans I specifically mentioned. By deporting southern clans you're alleviating your problems and all you have to do is just focus on the local problem. Otherwise, you'll be fighting a war on two fronts.

They have invested in security of the state. That's why PL doesn't need Amisom protection. No armed forces from South Somalia can invade PL whether it's Shabaab in 2016 or Galnus claiming Burtinle. So they have invested in security in that regard, but the problem is over the last 10 to 15 years stupid Puntland leaders have let in thousands of people from South Somalia to PL. Because of this, now it doesn't take an Army to harm PL, all Shabaab has to do is just recruit the people who came from South Somalia to carry out terror attacks. Which is why they must all go. They are an ungrateful guests.

Also it’s well know that IS is well grounded in Bari. I believe just last month a number of cells were uncovered in raids throughout Bosaso. I’m not saying they have a huge number but they’re definitely not 12 guys in a cave lol
