Where is your proof Puntland has any involvement in this? The only complaint is coming from ASWJ who claim the teks and arms given to Galmudug by Puntland to fight Al-Shabaab are being used against them. Puntland has to prosecute your criminals for you, fight Al-Shabaab for you and resolve clan disputes in Galmudug on your behalf because you’re incapable of doing so.
