Jubaland doesn’t have the resources to fight AS headquarters alone. HSM has refused to give us the weapons and money he’s given Hawiye paper states. Despite that, Jubaland has done well despite challenges. The main artery to Dhoobley is open, Kismayo is the safest city south of Garowe, you don’t have to fear being shot for aano qabiil, roads are being built etc. Madoobe has done well despite massive odds
