I don't know what happened to them bro. I assume they were destroyed by nature or human activities. Somalis usually don't place much importance on historical monuments.

Local traditions attribute this and several other pillar tombs in the vicinity of Marka to the sixteenth century, when naa'ibs ruled the district as part of the Ajuraan state.
