The Aqiliyin in Yemen and Hadramout affiliated from Al Faqih Mohamed bin Xussein Bin Malkan bin Aqil bin Hussein bin Dhalxa bin Ahmed bin Hussein bin Ali bin Ahmed bin Abdallah bin Muslim bin Abdallah bin Mohamed Bin Aqil bin Abi Talib ibn Abdi Mutalib Ibn Hisham.

And the Aqiliyin in Zabid and Hadramout affiliated from Al Faqi Jamal-uddin Abil Macruuf Ismail bin Ibrahim Inn Abdi Samad Ibn Jabarti Al Aqili descendent of Zayn Al Abidin Ali Bin Ahmed Bin Abdallah Bin Muslim Bin Abdallah bin Mohamed Bin Aqil Bin Abi Talib Bin Abdi Mutalib Bin HASHIM.

And his sons are: Abi Bakar, Ahmed, Dauud and Abdi Samad.
Their descendents are scattered in Yemen and Hadramout and Muhra.

The first Son Abi Bakar Descendents are:
1. Banu Jaberti Al Aqili: and they reside in Lewa Abb in different sub clans such as: Banu Fariq bin Qasim; and Hamud Bin Nucman bin Fariq; and Banu Yusuf bin Hamid; and Maslah Bin Mohamed bin Ali Bin Yusif; and Jacama Al Jabarti; and Banu Yahya Al Jebarti.

2. Al Jaabir Al Jabarti: and they can be found in Makka and Jeddah in Small clans such as: Aal Baahurmuz.

3. Baaharmi Al Aqiili.
4. Aal Baakriit Al Jabarti Al Aqili.
5. Aal Baakwiit Al Jabarti Al Aqili.
6. Aal Baa Musaaxim Al Jabarti Al Aqili.

The second Son.. Daud descendents:
Aqili And Dauud bin Ismail Bin Ibrahim Bin And I Samad Al Jabarti Al Aqili LEFT his home in Zabid Yemen to Zaylac and he has large descendents in that region. They're the largest Arab tribe in Somalia and they're called: Darod which is the twisted name of Daud.
