There is no political dynamic in Somalia. One population centre is under terrorist control with a gov like the Afghan one and the other had declared succession. You’re just trying to start a broken car. If SW hirshabelle Galmudug and mog where terrorist free and under full control, puntland would have no say and JL would just get folded. They have more people and a bigger economy and they’re closer and they have the seat of the government.
