Amendments to Somalia's new security plan

-Number of Somali national army will start with (but not limited to) 22,000 soldiers.

-Command, control of the army, and reform task will be firmly in the hands of the defence minister. Federal states will have little to NO role.

I am loving the MPs now, these people are keeping the new government in check.
