California dream is gone. I could never imagine living there. High taxes and to much red tape not to mention the horrible homeless problem in LA county and San Francisco. The fuckin traffic in LA is by far the worst I’ve seen. A place thats supposed to take you 15 minutes to get there takes 2 hours. Infuriating. No wonder Kobe used helicopters, had LA traffic been bearable, he might of been alive today.

So many of my friends/acquaintances moved out to Texas, Washington, Minneapolis.

Living in London ( Europe in general) and hearing a 1400 sqf is only 1million coz houses here are like 900-1000 sqf max, on the wrong side of town and still 1 million ( in $).

Not only does it not have the schools system Of the Bay Area with Stanford and UC Berkeley, it’s a shit place to live compared to California.
