Plenty of Amhara elites work directly with Abiy. To us, they are no different. Fano doesn't even represent AmharaAnd some people want to argue amxaaro are not a threat and only Oromo are
Amharas and oromos must be absorbed. Jigjiga should declare a law that Amhara women need to get a std test and to be married to a Somali if they want to continue living there

All that can be true doesn’t change fact Somalia is under Ethiopia thumb. Those spine less leaders and clan borders is by Ethiopia’s design after war in 70s. They funded clan militias and eroded Somali Wayne dream and replaced Somali identity with clan identity. The people today happy with status quo as long as no other clan can dictate to them. they alright with crazy country we have today . The leaders reflection of people all selected by their clans
Yes the rebels that overthrew Somalia were funded by Ethiopia but that was back then and here is now. Ethiopis is gradually losing influence over Somalia and has now found itself surrounded by Egypt. Not to credit HSM of course since this was all Al-Sisi's idea.
I hope you right. I think it’s more so fgs loosing its limited influence over Somalia. Somaliland puntland intent on ensuring fgs has no power in their land. The weak states like jubbaland and SWS also now trying to sabatoge fgs. Pretty soon galmudug will follow and so will clans with state aspirations like khatumo makhir and hiraan. Somalis hate they have for each other pretty close or maybe even more than what we have for Ethiopia
If Ethiopia leaves end of this year I will shut up and eat humble pie. But I am confident they will still be here and have support of locals in border regions
