An electoral method for Somalia.

Does anyone know what kind of electoral system Somalia will use for its next parliamentary election?
I will be disappointed if they use that electoral college system again.
I’d support a FPTP system or even a Porportional System.

I really don't see them pulling it off by 2020. The UN guy for Somalia is already talking about 2021.

Since Farmaajo loses his mandate by 2020 he'll have to half ass something at least.

In regards to the election process? That depends on the power structure on the ground but I doubt even 10% of us will get to vote.

Heard it was an online procedure, register through an online database and then you will have a given period to vote.Its much more effective and since most Somalis have access to tech it won't be a problem.
