I know people will say barbaric. But you gotta admit having a tiger vs lion or a bear vs tiger in a pit would be great viewing. Obviously the one most people would be interested in would be tiger vs lion. Personally I would love to see a grizzly bear vs Siberian tiger

The polar bear is the largest land carnivore, a tiger's signature move is a throat slit with its teeth but the polar bears neck is so fat it will be difficult to immediately execute it.

Couple paw swipes from the polar bear will give the tiger life threatening lacerations.

True....Im a bit biased towards tigers. Bengal tigers are actually better fighters and smarter than the siberian ones, they are slightly smaller though

sabre tooth tigers would be killed bytodays tigers, lions, leopards. They were too goody to be great fighters

An African male Lion would definitely win in a fight against a Tiger. The tiger is a better hunter but it hunts alone so it does not naturally fight lest it risks injury and therefore starvation. A male lion is built to fight as it defends a pride, plus it has a Mane which absorbs any blows to the head or neck. I seen a few fights on Liveleak years ago and the tiger always tried to go for the neck like it's hunting prey. Once it realises it doesn't work that way, it turns b.itchy and throws its claws around to buy time before walking off whilst the male lion doesn't stop until it kills or is almost killed itself. When a male Lion fights it will break your neck, your jaw, your legs, or even your back if necessary.
