It’s not looking good for me, been in my role 2 years and decided to just apply for jobs to see where I stand, since August 2024 I have probably applied for 250 jobs, made it to video interview twice, and not a single offer.
I've honed my resume, but is it either I don’t stand out or the fact I’ve an ongoing role listed on my resume, could that be a turn off? Genuinely it shouldn’t annoy me , but it gives me a concern if the company ever goes bankrupt or whatever, I won’t find the same role again.
