but you don’t have to sit ...When I use to listen to them I would play it like a radio/ background noise for when I’m cooking/cleaning.

The whole point of a podcast is a long form conversation. Once you get a feel for it, you won't be bothered or put off by the length. It becomes a pro actually. It's great for when your hands are busy with some mindless activity.

It's much better than listening to music.

On Spotify i was listening to some Somali girls and wallhi we are so one dimensional.

Same topics and no intellect.

You can listen to an hour of one podcast and leave without learning anything

And most of the time it’s sharing Ls and sins. Horta ive noticed Somalis love to show off their negativities. I don’t know anyone else who makes their community so accessible. Podcast after podcast of divorce stories and mehr talks
