Anyone feeling down because of the internet?

Even if I shut down the internet for couple of days I will still feel low and my stomach gets upset like it's telling me you will always be sad so there's no point shutting the intenret down. Even when I deletwd social media I thought my anxiety was going to go away but here I am feeling a bit depressed. What advise can you give sl I can feel happy again and forget the depressing things I see on the internet that triggers me? I can't even enjoy going kn websites anymore without feeling upset.

Find a hobby
I will do that. My hobbies are based around islam. Like reciting the Quran so I'm going to do that more than I do. I'm going to try and block these negative thoughts and take a break from the internet to see if I have any major improvement.
 
I got back to doing sunnah prayers again Alhamdullilah. It's going quite well and helps me. I just need to avoid going on anything Somali related, I noticed that's what gets me depressed.

I think you should have outdoor hobbies. Start going to halaqahs or learn a new skill. Get out of your comfort zone it will help with your anxiety.

Go out and enjoy nature. A nice cup of shaah and read a good book in your garden. Go hiking with your friends. Volunteer in your community. There’s so much out there. Don’t reduce yourself and your value. Just get out there. Don’t waste your life being upset about a few internet trolls.

100 percent agree even this forum gets me depressed that's why I'm going to take a break once again for couple of days and try and block any negative thoughts that reminds me of our reputation because it gets to me. Once I come back I'm going to mainly be on the islam section and avoid the general section.

Thanks I'm planning to volunteer next week I want to volunteer at my local mosque.
