Even if I shut down the internet for couple of days I will still feel low and my stomach gets upset like it's telling me you will always be sad so there's no point shutting the intenret down. Even when I deletwd social media I thought my anxiety was going to go away but here I am feeling a bit depressed. What advise can you give sl I can feel happy again and forget the depressing things I see on the internet that triggers me? I can't even enjoy going kn websites anymore without feeling upset.
