Arab identity is fluid and ever changing it is like the Latino identity they may have similar cultures and language even then the dialects of Arabic are varied and they don’t understand each other.
My coworker is Jordanian and he told me they don’t consider Egyptian Arab and Egyptians don’t consider themselves Arab just Arabized hence why Egypt has an insurrection in the Sinai because the Bedouin Arabs there are fighting the Egyptian state who moves in, and takes their land, and hires only “Egyptians” and not them because they view them as Arabs who should be conquered.
