I don't agree with Arab superiority because the Prophet SAW totally argued against that notion. Modern Arabs saying such things just proves that they've reverted back to their Jahilliyah ways, so just pay no mind to them.
However, I will say that no other language has been as honoured and as blessed as the Arabic tongue. So, we should learn it. Allah S.W.T's words were revealed in their language. We should never insult it.

It varaies by accent but whenever someone is angry & want to insult his peer his words will become more emotional, loud and phlegmy (as if he's about to spit)

Everyone is distancing themselves from Arabic language due to Suuni-Shia fued wracking havoc across the Arab world and the tendency of Suuni Muslims to adopt extreme Salafi version.
Saudi Arabia funded all kinds of Arabic/Islamic knowledge centers around the Islamic world which become source of which terrorist org originated from.
Arabic language has become a soft power tool used by Arabs to infiltrate Muslim communities in other states and gain leverage.
Now with decline in oil revenues & warming relation with the big bogyman Israel, Arabs have lost the moral high ground and authority they once had. The Arabs have messed up dealing with the Arab Spring & created a deep seated grudges between Suuni & Shia sects no one wants to open the door and get involved in this vicious war by inviting Arabic teaching centers in their countries.
I predict a rise of secular nationalist Arabs in the coming 20 years, everyone is fed up with sectarian proxy wars and want to live in peace like the west. Dozens of religions co exist together in the west in contrast to the Arab world where they can not figure out a way to reconcile two important sects of the same religion.

This is beyond pathetic, you have to be mentally deficient to believe any of those numbers, especially the ones claiming 45.7 of Tunisians and 35.8% of Libyans are murtads. This is all just a way for you to cope with the fact that you isolated yourself from 99.99% of Somalis. You might as well call yourself ethiopian now because they are far more likely to accept you.
Can you blame them? They have seen how devoted and brainwashed their religious parents were to Islamic endeavors and it got them nothing but hardship in refugee camps and loss of loved ones. They practically destroyed their own countries as pawns in this geopolitical game having nothing to show for.
Above all else they look like idiots who left holding bag with current Arab - Israeli cooperation which in the past was very powerful rallying point for ignorant Muslims. Esp Egypt, they put so much fate in Islamic party's and when it was overthrown a lot of religious people suffered a shock and stopped practicing all together. Shia in Iran rarely pray anymore the mosques are empty.
They think being an Arab is a ticket to Heaven and akin to having a contract with Allah just like the Jewish people spoken of in the Quran, who used to despise Arabs, claimed they were of God and no one else counts.
Arabic and Arab ethnicity does not equate Islam. The word Islam itself means "submission" to the will of Allah and doesn't speak of Islam as anything Arabic.
To learn Arabic to help yourself understand the Quran is ideal. With that said, your Islam is and will be acceptable if you speak Zero Arabic. Scholars also agree someone can pray in their language until they learn Arabic.
No one with a shred of dignity wants to be an Arab today. I don't know why it is even an issue worth discussion.
Non religious doesn't mean they're murtads. Most Somali Americans are not religious but still muslim
I can confirm it is real and spreading since 2018. If you follow the Arab media the failure of Arab spring and its devolution into sectarian war caused a lot of hardship to the average Arab youth. All they wish for now is tahribing to Europe and securing a livelihood, religion is a priority limited to the elders the youth are not as adherent.
