I am actually envisaging Somalis taking over the Horn, as has been predicted and warned by the devilish Brits. Forming alliances with Muslims in Anfar & Oromia in .Et, and cajoling Masai and like-minded egalitarian tribes in Kenya. By the time, we got our act together, say in 100 years, said communities will have began to rise from the stupor, but by then, it'll be rather late, for Somali influence will have been felt in its 3rd expansion in modern history. Troubles we have been going through will play in our favour.

They actually gripe about other ethnicities, but that hardly catches our attention. A Kenyan student once joked they were hoping Somalis would take over trade instead of Indians, and now that they have, it is bitter sweet sentiment.
