I'm not sure what it's called. I'm going to call priced out

Not being able to buy a house or put down a deposit for a house

Not being able to get higher education without a loan

Not being able to go on holiday once a year

Not being able to buy a new car you wanted

So on.

Is that you? Do you average Somali suffer from this? Why?

Majority of people are priced out. Most people you see with houses are passed down since their grandparents bought them for a few shillings in the 1950-1960s.

If you live in the West and you can't do all of these things you're extremely low IQ or just bad with money.

Even low level drug dealers with no high school education are able to afford to buy cars they want and purchase a house.

Which country do you live in? Depends on the country. Anyone from the UK can easily save up and buy a house up north.

Trust me bro, they're.
But then you are living up north :mjlol: it’s a shithole.

they are houses in Manchester going for £1 that’s how bad it is in some areas.

I got the idea from this top post on Reddit. It seems like young people across the world are priced out

You do realize you could purchase a decent home with just 3.5-10% down with a FHA loan?

200k home = $10,000 down payment and a $800 monthly payment which is less than the average rent.

After 5 years you can take an equity loan and buy a second home.

For cars...just purchase a mint condition 2nd hand car for 50% of it's original retail value with cheap financing... Couple hundred bucks per month.

Interest rates today are at records low...

Just a year of saving and you're set to purchase anything you want.

Have you ever been to Manchester? It's probably the 2nd nicest city in England after London.

Find me a house that's currently on the market for $1 and I'll pay you $100.

It is factual

the youngest Somali couple I’ve seen buy a home together we’re both early 30s.

50 years ago, you could have a great job, wife and kids, and a home you own all by 26 or 27

Now add 10’years and that’s the reality
