Whatever this attack was, doesn't compare to the N&N era qashin. The security has objectively speaking increased, tremendously. Few years ago they were blowing up the mayor office, and qaraxs were every few days.

Also Al-Shabaab hasn't taken credit, the target was someone else I've been told.
