Wasn't the khat activist banned in Somaliland. Smh the khat addiction is so real.

Ethiopia and Kenya have Somalia and Somaliland by the balls with Khat thats why they cant afford it getting banned.

This is the best method of raising the problems of Khat in Somali society. In the UK he had a petition, spread the campaign across many media outlets, spoke in lucrative events/University's. But in Somalia the MP's won't listen, and after getting to the streets and raising the awareness concerning Khat, the President Hassan addressed it. Allah knows what Hassan achieved/accomplished in his Presidency, but if he bans Khat, then that would put his name in the History books.

If it's banned it'll only be banned from quarter of Mogadidhu where he has a resemblance of governance

Both Somaliland and today's Somaliland government have one thing in common ...They both believe in a delusional capabilities ..one is all about "I'm a country " and the other "I will make a decree for this to be banned " when he has no control
