Why are there soo many homeless people in Atlanta? And they all look they on some drugs. The college lady just don't go outside after 11 pm because it's too dangers

Outside of Atlanta. At least the homeless people here understand the meaning of NO. they are so polite and friendly......my wallet is already emptyNice. I'd welcome you to the US but I'm Canadian

Lol, never been. There're some real homelessness hotspots in this country, tho, damn. Sometimes, it feels like you've lived your life in a bubble when you come across those places by way of white-Pickett fence America. Talk about disparity.
