That is not how it works though. Hudun like other districts had local elections however all 5 MPs that came out were from
Bohol then your elders complained to Interior Minister, the Interior minister said he couldn't do nothing as eastern Xudun
refused to take part of the 2012 local elections and burned the ballot papers. Bohol has
its own mayor plus we get all the goodies in the name of Xudun district, we outsmarted
you lot as usual.

You won by default if we wanted to participate we would've easily outnumbered you
I know way for every one to be happy will move the western hudun district borders 5 miles west and adding the one alone village to aynobo while moving the north hudun district south by 5 miles so all of your villages in the north join sanaag
One way or the other khatumo isn't stopping for anyone majority of the people who live in xudun and taleh come from one dhulbahante sub clan and those people will dictate where dhulbahante goes

@bandit It can't be moved, however in the event that separatist Khaatumo take over Eastern Xudun, easy solution is to
create a new district within Northern Sool consisting of Bohol and the other settlements that come under it. That is plan B. Local residents already call it Degmada/District of Bohol, it has a
catchy ring to it. Check out what the poster in the wall says.
