Hard talking Some people trust their clans men then the Government

The government is notoriously corrupt and with arbitrary arrest and punishments expressly forbidden in civilized countries (EMRK article 5), I understand that creates a need for an insurance in the form of weapons.

But in the end Somalis is a tribal people, and sadly our tribes are evenly matched so no-one tribe can subjugate the other and that leads us to constant in-fighting.

The government can't protect it's people at the moment. Even in the capital...

Before they try to disarm everyone make sure the criminals are disarmed as well.
